and the fresh Mussels from Zeeland are available again! For us Belgians, this is the culinary highlight of the year! One kilo of these nice moluscs in their black shells together with delicious pommes frites (don't you dare to call them fr.... fries!) and vinegary mayonnaise are about all you need. There are a lot of ways to prepare them, my preferred ones are those in white wine or in Grimbergen beer.There are a lot of nices restaurants that serve mussels, but my preferred address is Chez Léon. Don't worry of you don't like mussels, they serve a lot of other typical Belgian dishes and they have delicious fr...., oups, pommes frites. Cheers!

also Muscheln kann ich eh nicht leiden, schon gar nicht, wenn ich am frühen Morgen zugucken soll, wie sie zubereitet werden und NOCH DAZU mit Fre... äh, Pommes Frites serviert, ABER ich sehe ein, dass du für den Verkehr in solch edlen Restaurants dringend deine 5 Euro wieder bekommen musst.
Da ich deine Kontonummer nicht besitze, schlage ich vor, dass wir uns heute nachmittag auf einen Kaffee in der Vogelvilla treffen, dann kannst du mir auch meine 10% Finderlohn übereignen ;-).
